Overview of Position
Provide Product Support (parts, services and training) to assigned customers.
Requirements
• At least five (5) subjects CXC.
• Diploma in Marketing or Technical Certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• At least one (1) year experience in Marketing or three (3) years in technical sales.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar Machines would be an asset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities
• Conduct presentations to promote and sell all products, parts and services.
• Quote customers for parts and service work and follow up until delivery.
• Submit weekly and monthly report of activities to supervisor.
• Support the Branch Administrators.
• Assist with Parts Counter duties when required.
• Advise customers about promotions and discounts.
• Update customer’s machine population in the system.
