As we adjust our lives to contain the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wish to assure you that MACORP’s number one priority is the safety of our employees, customers and other business partners. We are therefore doing our best to maintain an optimum level of customer experience while ensuring the comfort and safety of all named stakeholders.
Under the circumstances, we prefer to minimize traffic in our offices however if for any reason you must visit our offices in person please note that we will be enforcing the recommended social distancing parameters (3 ft) and hand sanitization/washing guidelines for all visitors. We kindly ask customers and/or visitors who are feeling unwell, showing flu like symptoms or have been exposed to someone with the virus, to refrain from coming to MACORP, this will aid us to safeguard our stakeholders. Please take note of our modified operational practices given below which are effective immediately:
Parts Orders – To minimize the wait time spent in our offices we prefer that you order ahead by using our online platform www.parts.cat.com or via what’s app on 265-7315 to pre-order. You can then pick up at your convenience.
Credit/Payment on Account Enquiries – Please contact our credit/collections officer on 265-7314 EXT 114 to discuss your concerns and only if necessary, a meeting will be scheduled in person.
Payments on Account – We prefer that you do direct deposits/bank transfers into the company’s bank accounts. Please call 265-7314 EXT 108 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further guidance on account numbers.
Supplier Payments – WE prefer to pay you directly into your bank accounts. If this is not practical for you payments will be available for pickup at the company’s offices on Tuesdays and Fridays only during this period. Please call 265-7314 EXT 151 for further guidance or email email@example.com
We will be rotating our employees to work on a shift system basis and all face to face gatherings, meetings and events have been suspended until further notice, save an except for high priority/extenuating cases.
We are sensitive to the fact that people’s daily lives are disrupted at the moment because of the Coronavirus, and are therefore working to ensure that our best support is provided during this period.
