Return Policy

To ensure fair and transparent dealings with our customers, MACORP has enforced the following return policies:

• All parts returned for credit must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 25% restocking charge applicable on all Non Stock Items (NS) and 5% on Stock Items
• Items identified as N/R are not returnable for credit
• N/S items with a value of GS$10,000.00 or less are not returnable for credit
• The parts warranty period is 12 months starting from the invoice date for all parts and components including new engines.Warranty will only cover failures resulting defects in factor material and factory workmanship within the warranty
• N/S: Non Stocked N/R: Non-Returnable
• NO PARTS TO BE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS
