Overview of Position

An individual with a clear understanding of product configuration, brands, market
tendencies, spares and service manuals, anything related to the truck business.
Individual must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all
levels.

Responsibilities

Conduct presentations to promote and sell all products, parts and service
throughout Guyana.
Quote customers for all service work and follow up until delivery and invoice.
Follow up on service repairs being conducted in our service shop, work orders
and supervise any job being done by a contractor.
Handle customer disputes in a fair and equitable manner, follow up closely on
any customer issues.
Visit customer’s site or locations out of Georgetown as per supervisor guidance.
Monitor and compare any competitor literature or advertising.
Support inventory team on suggested parts list as well as equipment
configuration for new purchases.
Prepares continuous learning program for technicians and sales reps.
Generate the report with the aftermarket KPI for the trucks business and
warranty claims report for finance.
Develop cross reference parts list between the truck’s lines of ISG and other
brands on the market.
Ensure all tasks and activities are conducted following the company established
safety and security standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

At least five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English.
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, electrical or related) .
Competent in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priority schedules.

Knowledge of trucks will be an asset.
Must have own vehicle with valid driver’s license.
