Role Overview:
The Market Specialist: Agricultural will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support for our heavy-duty machinery products and services. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, customers, and manufacturers to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and market challenges.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our heavy-duty machinery products, including specifications, features, and applications.
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process, assist in product demonstrations, and prepare customized solutions for clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with industry insights, product information, and ongoing support.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers on product usage, maintenance, and industry best practices.
Liaise with manufacturers and vendors to stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Business or related field.
At least five (5) CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English
Computer proficiency: Microsoft office Suite and CRM software.
Proven experience in the heavy-duty machinery industry or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty machinery and its applications.
