Role Overview:
Supervise Administration Department and support executive management.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and follow up Visa, work permits and extension of stay for expatriates.
Filing for the General Manager.
Assist with organizing social activities
Overlook Stock purchases for canteen & menu planning.
Prepare Authorization of Expenditure (AFE) using fixed asset form.
Assist in insurance and accident claims for company vehicles.
Oversee security issues.
Arrange for tender of company assets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Management.
At least five (5) CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English.
3-5 years’ experience in a similar field.
Computer Literacy: Word & Excel.
