Overview of Position
To ensure receiving and delivery of items follows the procedures with necessary documentation.
Requirements
• At least five (5) subjects CXC, inclusive Math & English.
• At least two (2) years relevant experience.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with parts will be an asset.
• Able to operate a forklift and hose press.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities
• Receive stock into warehouse with relevant document and check off with security.
• Record shipments in parts received logbook.
• Ensure stocks are in correct locations & updated in the software.
• Obtain customer invoice to pick parts from warehouse.
• Receive and inspect returned items from customers. Advise salespersons.
• Use FIFO method to pack inventory with labels identifiable.
• Conduct inventory count on a weekly basis.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Liaise with inventory control of all damaged items and prepare damage report.
