Role Overview:

Evaluate and identify trends in sales by analyzing industry data from the Opportunity Lead Generation Analyzer (OLGA) software. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting reports to the Advisors and to management.

Responsibilities:

Managing CAT Opportunity Lead Generation Analyzer(OLGA) database

Review and update machine population information in the database

Review and update customer information in the database

Create and distribute reports on opportunity and sales by customer/product line.

Analyze and report all visible Prioritized Service Events to advisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

At least five (5) subjects CXC

Diploma in Marketing, Accounts or Finance

5 Years in a similar field

Competent in Microsoft word & Excel

Strong analytical skills
