Role Overview:

Plan and schedule jobs for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

•            Prepare the weekly work plan based on the priorities for the different sections within the service department.

•            Make modifications to the daily/weekly plan based on the progress of the jobs.

•            Coordinate with customers about the logistics for the execution of field services.

•            Provide feedback to customers about the execution date and estimated completion date for the job.

•            Manage service request schedule software for all service requests from customers internally and externally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•            At least five (5) CSEC subjects with 1-2 years’ experience of repair services/projects/technical/mechanical background OR

•            Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or Management with 2-4 years’ experience of repair services or projects.
